How prices are set
Our prices are determined by standard labour times plus the cost of OE-matching replacement parts and approved lubricants. If we encounter stubborn seized bolts or secondary faults during disassembly, we halt work and speak with you before incurring extra charges.
Payment methods
You can pay by cash once the job is finished or via direct bank transfer against the invoice. We never gather or store debit or credit card details on this website.

Invoicing
An itemised VAT invoice is provided upon completion of work, showing parts, lubricants, disposal fees, and labour hours. Business fleet clients receive invoices via email upon job sign-off.
Deposits and materials
We do not take deposits for ordinary servicing. For major component orders, like complete crate gearboxes or specialist manufacturer modules, we may request a twenty percent advance payment to secure the parts.
Late payment
Invoices are payable upon vehicle collection. Invoices unpaid after fourteen days may incur a statutory five percent late fee per month until cleared.
